Motivational Maps

Newsflash…..money isn’t always the main thing that gets people out of bed in the morning!

So what makes one person go the extra mile where another won’t bother?

The answer is motivation; the energy that exists within us all. And not only is it possible to understand where this energy comes from, it can also be measured and strategies devised to increase it. This creates a world where every individual, employee, team manager and business leader gets more of what they need to be the very best they can be.

Why choose Motivational Maps

We have experienced many profiling tools and have found nothing as astonishingly accurate and impactful as the ISO accredited Motivational Map. Used worldwide by thousands of qualified practitioners, it is a self perception inventory designed to support businesses with processes such as Career Progression, Recruitment and Selection, Talent Management and Performance Management.

Unlike personality traits, motivation is not fixed. Motivation levels change. Motivation can be measured, monitored and maximised, ensuring everyone can make the most of their talents, creating happier, more productive and profitable businesses.

The process is really very simple…

2

Algorithm applied

Once the questionnaire is submitted, the responses are fed into the Motivational Maps engine, where the magic happens.

3

Output produced

A tailored report is produced, describing the 9 motivators, how well they are met and strategies for improvement.

4

Practitioner feedback

Your practitioner will provide additional insights through individual/team coaching sessions and workshops.

5

Monitor & evaluate

Strategies are implemented and time is set to review the impact on behaviour, learning and improved results.
