Terms & Conditions of Booking

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made for BossMode Bootcamp (the “Programme”) delivered by Peas in a Pod Consulting Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By completing payment via the Stripe payment link issued to you, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Programme Details

BossMode® Bootcamp is an 8-session management training programme delivered virtually.

Full details of the Programme, including dates, times and delivery format, are provided at the point of booking.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the Programme content where necessary to reflect:

  • Legal or regulatory changes;
  • Trainer availability;
  • Continuous improvement updates.

Such changes will not materially reduce the quality or overall learning outcomes of the Programme.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received via the Stripe link provided.

All payments must be made in full prior to the Programme start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No place will be held without cleared payment.

Corporate bookings may request invoicing. Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date and must be paid prior to Programme commencement.

3. Pricing

The Programme fee is £595.00 per participant.

Any pilot, early access or discounted pricing applies only to the specific cohort advertised and cannot be transferred to future cohorts.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

All bookings are non-refundable.

If a participant is unable to attend, no refund will be provided.

In exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may permit a transfer to a future cohort subject to:

  • Written notice at least 21 days prior to the Programme start date;
  • Availability of space in the requested cohort;
  • Payment of any price difference.

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £50 for all approved transfers.

A transfer is not guaranteed and remains entirely at our discretion.

If fewer than 8 participants enrol, we reserve the right to reschedule the Programme.

5. Substitutions (Corporate Bookings)

Organisations may substitute a named participant with another employee at no additional cost, provided written notice is received at least 7 days prior to the Programme start date.

Individual participants may substitute their registration with another person at no extra charge, provided the request is submitted in writing at least 7 days before the Programme commences.

We reserve the right to refuse substitutions where it would negatively impact group dynamics or cohort size.

6. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend any session does not entitle the participant to:

  • A refund;
  • A partial refund;
  • A replacement session.

7. Session Recordings & Confidentiality

BossMode® Bootcamp sessions are not routinely recorded.

This is intentional. The Programme is designed to encourage open discussion of real workplace scenarios, including sensitive people-management situations. Participants may share experiences involving confidential, personal or commercially sensitive information.

To protect psychological safety, confidentiality and data protection obligations, sessions will not be recorded as standard.

We reserve the right to record specific teaching segments for internal quality assurance or trainer development purposes. Any such recording will not include participant discussions and will not be shared publicly.

Participants must not record any session without our prior written consent.

8. Cancellation or Postponement by Us

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a cohort where:

  • Minimum participant numbers are not met;
  • Trainer illness occurs;
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control arise.

If we cancel the Programme, you will be offered either:

  • A transfer to a future cohort; or
  • A full refund.

Refunds will only be provided where a suitable alternative cannot reasonably be offered.

9. Intellectual Property

All Programme materials, content, frameworks, templates and resources remain the intellectual property of Peas in a Pod Consulting Ltd.

Materials are provided for personal or internal organisational use only.

Participants must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, repurpose or distribute materials externally;
  • Use materials for commercial training delivery;
  • Record sessions without prior written consent.

10. Group Conduct

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal experiences and workplace situations shared within the cohort.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate or undermines the psychological safety of the group.

Removal from the Programme under this clause will not entitle the participant to any refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Programme provides training and professional development support. It does not constitute legal, HR or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the total fee paid for the Programme.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss;
  • Loss of business, revenue or profit;
  • Decisions taken by participants following the training.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Data Protection

We will process personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

Participant details will be used solely for Programme administration and related communications.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
